During our city break, we stayed in a hotel near the heart of the city. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the city. The customer service of one of the receptionists. He was unhelpful and uninterested in answering our questions, which made our initial check-in experience frustrating.

My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and offered a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
